Procedure for Rental Use
The deposit of $150.00 and a complete (signed/dated) Request of Use Form (contract/agreement) are required to secure the date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the first date of use or event. If the total balance is less than $150.00 the entire balance is due at the time the contract/agreement is signed.
If alcohol is being served, an alcohol agreement must be completed and proof of $1,000,000.00 liability naming the City of Allegan as additional insured must be presented prior to the event.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
